HappyUP improves the internal relationship between the company and its employees based on a user experience that allows calculate the happiness index of its users.
For its correct application, a methodology based on the anonymity of the users was proposed. Thanks to that, users are allowed to express themselves by short questions and easy surveys in a relaxed and comfortable environment. All the answers obtained can be followed by other registered users and the company as well.
In this way, not only the company will have a global and particular vision of what is happening inside the company: the employee also does. HappyUP allows know about the work environment and motivation in order to create solutions to problems with a better response capacity.
As an easy-to-use and immediate-response daily tool, HappyUP was launched as an APP, because mobile devices facilitate accessibility from any place and time of day.
On the other hand, a desktop backoffice was created with exclusive access to the company (administrator) to facilitate management and monitoring tasks.
HappyUP is an invitation to the game; to exchange corporate information but with the difference that it does so with an appearance that is not normally associated with the traditional business environment.
In parallel to the process of conceptualization, design and development of the tool, we launched a campaign to publicize the new product with the creation of a series of newsletters and landing pages, with a fully commercial strategy that creates the necessary means to generate calls to the action (CTA).
