Wild Chef was an idea born from four Spanish friends. They wanted to create a simple concept: combining quality local produce and brave flavours to make healthy lunches.
Helmed by Spanish chef Daniel Cascado from Gaggan and Marc Hernández from El Celler de Can Roca, the two chefs took inspiration from their travels and experiences in kitchens around the world to bring together a menu that combined fine dining techniques with street food flavours.
The brand identity was inspired by the colours of the food they created — bold, vibrant and visual.
