STAIR
STAIR is an interior chair designed for private and public spaces. It was created as a diploma project in cooperation with the Slovak producer of solid oak wood furniture - Javorina. The central theme of the whole design is the stepped backrest which forms an integral support surface from the inside. Within the backrest are transitions between wood fiber directions and its connection with the armrests and back legs. The wooden construction is complemented by an upholstered seat. Despite the solid wood, STAIR looks very lightly and elegantly.
