Welfe. Contemporary Jewellery
Melbourne based jewellery designer Welfe approached me to build his very first website to promote his first collection of jewellery. Subtle texture, pattern and ageing materials drove the direction of the collection, and the site was to showcase the subtleties with the images being the main focus.
The idea was to create an "anti-jewellery" site, where it was no longer about the glitz and the polish, but more focusing on the grittiness, and roughness of each piece.
