Ivy Style celebrates one of the most enduring clothing styles of the 20th century, the “Ivy League Look”. The trend began during the early years of the century on the quads and in the libraries of elite, all-male, American universities, such as Harvard, Yale, and Princeton. It continues to inform the evolution of menswear. We created the background graphics for the gallery, which were arranged thematically into sections. The exhibit captured the liveliness of an Ivy League university campus in the early years of the 20th century. This Ivy Style brand was also incorporated into all print collateral and signage for the exhibition.
