5 tips to raise your Kundalini 🐍
By: Nicole Lenz
When we are curious about Kundalini the coiled energy in the base of our spine starts to rise up into the higher centers. Even just the question of what is kundalini will raise the energy :)
So the best thing to do is..
1. Just start! Stop procrastinating and get to it. Research, dive in.. look up videos and articles. There is a ton of information on this topic. I like to stick to the what I teach, kundalini yoga and meditation.
2. Always tune in! I use the Adi Mantra 3 times. “Ong namo guru dev namo” this puts a protective light around us when we open the portals to the other dimensions ;) It means “I bow to the infinite wisdom in myself”
3. Warm up your spine! There’s lots of exercises to do this. You can do spinal twists, spinal flex works too, cat cow, get creative!
4. Meditate! My teacher says if you can’t meditate at least 11 mins a day, you got problems! I think Kundalini meditations are the easiest to stick too because they occupy the mind, you can use mantra, and they all work toward benefiting our life in some way. So we aren’t just meditating for the heck of it, we will benefit from it.
5. And the most important, DANCE! Movement distributes energy around the body, the cells, and the nervous system. I think ecstatic movement before or after meditation can raise kundalini super fast.
Enjoy!
