QUEM CANTA • MURAL
In 2018 the city of Viseu is the European City of Folklore, so this mural is a tribute to the folk traditions of the region through the representation of the popular Portuguese saying “Who sings scares away his woes“. For many generations people have been singing and dancing to brighten up their day and to “scare away his woes”.
