I was approached by HR to create an onboarding document that would help new-hires get acquainted with Info-Tech's culture and values while actually being able to track their learning progress as they went along. We came up with the idea of an actual passport (bound very similar to one as well) that each new employee would get when they started.

This including creating the actual passport, working with the printing house to create it, creating a 'logo' for the program, and even creating worn out stamps that we would use to stamp the employees' books every time they achieved a new step.
