First slovak online bank needed a strong concept to differ from other traditional banks with strong position. There was no way to talk and deliver message to its potential clients. The solution was simple - make bank alive where it has no competition - in virtual world. We have created two avatars to build up relationships with banks future clients. They would actually become alive in the online world and handle all bank's communication.
