Internal poster design for Windows Phone product launch. This poster served a giant checklist of tasks for multiple teams within the organization working simultaneously on parallel projects before the product shipped. As the teams made certain goals, they were allowed to take off pieces of the "star" graphics (revealing various circus attractions), as well as knocking out the clown teeth (bottom right) and showing their overall progress on the "strong man" meter (top right).
