Electrical hazard is a constant in modern life, and its unavoidability creates both the need and the responsibility to act with care and respect in the everyday use of electric power.
ESSA Grupo EPM is a power company from Santander - Colombia, that embraces its commitment with providing a quality service and protecting people's lives by taking all the necessary preventive measures in its operations and raising awareness about this issue, in order to allow their clients and users to enjoy the privilege of electric power under safe and reliable conditions from an educational and proactive perspective.
This animation project was designed with a concept structure based on three fundamentals of electrical hazard prevention: understanding the risks, taking responsibility on prevention and acting accordingly. The basic intention was aimed to present the information in a positive note that conveyed the message in an uplifting and empowering audiovisual environment.
The graphic representation is summarized by a three part shield that encapsulates the result of owning this knowledge and its subsequent actions; protection against electrical risks for the individual, their family and their community.

Stage Design
A simplified vector stage composition of 3D plane layers in After Effects, based on the architecture of the actual main offices of ESSA. Different lighting settings were tested for the day and night representation of this location.
