Car illustrations
My first attempt at a more complicated stitching method to bind pages together. The paper is a mix of uncoated matt paper thin paper for the front and back cover, with my favourite touch of tracing paper to illustrate the mechanicals of a car far better than paper could. I learnt that like most other binding methods you have to keep the thread very tight at all times otherwise you risk a better finish. I also found out that a four hole stitch wasn't enough for A4, therefore I would have tried a 6 hole, because when the pamphlet is used the thread tends to come away from the cover, which feels like the book is about to fall apart. On the up side the look gives the book a better with added interest.
