'X hold O' Napkin ring holders
Made with liquid urethane plastic.
Birch plywood box sealed with acrylic spray for holding the 2 part mold. The plug (not pictured) was made of sealed Super Sculpy.
Pour part one of the two part mold using Smooth on Mold Star 16 (liquid Silicone rubber). After fully cured, spray mold release, cut out notches, and pour the second part of the silicone rubber two part mold.

Materials: Smooth Cast 325 (liquid plastic urethane) and Smooth Cast 326.
Finished napkin ring holders.
Post processes included trimming the flashing, sanding the final pieces, and cleaning the mold before reuse.
