BONDI LINES
‘Bondi Lines’ is a series of digital photographs taken of the ocean pool at Icebergs in Bondi Beach. The aim was to capture the contrasting lines and tones of the pool and layer the images together to create a blend of line and texture.
The neon blue colour filter that is applied to the photos fabricates the natural colours of the scenery, which instead portrays an artificial perception. While this gives the images a more magical feeling, it also acts to create more contrast between the dark and light tones.
