The legendary restaurant has held several exclusive pre-opening parties since May 2018 and is scheduled to open to the public in the summer. Having received two Michelin stars, Spago has locations in California, Colorado, and Hawaii, as well as Istanbul, Turkey. Its owner, Wolfgang Puck, has worked in the Californian fine dining industry since the early 1980s and specializes in contemporary French fusion cuisine.
