‘Brand Desire - City of Culture’ brief gives an excellent opportunity to create flexible brand identity, where all design decisions are up to us - conceptualizing and developing brand as well as articulating it in visual form.

Aim for this brief is to create a brand identity for chosen City of Culture, which is a town or city designated for a period of one calendar year during which it organises a series of cultural events which have significant social and economic benefits for the area.

A strong brand stands out in a densely crowded marketplace. People fall in love with brands, trust them, and believe in their superiority. How a brand is perceived affects its success (Wheeler, 2017).

Brighton & Hove is one of the most vibrant, colourful and creative cities in Europe. Compact, unique, fun, lively, historic, young and free-spirited.
