YAY: Not going to lie, eyelash extensions have a ton of favorable attributes.
Goodbye mascara and fake eyelashes: When you get eyelash extensions, you will no longer need your mascara or fake eyelashes, your eyelashes will already be flawless. Saying farewell to mascara is a definite yay for me because I ALWAYS smudge my mascara when applying it. Also, I hate it when my mascara gets thick and crusty after a long day, so avoiding that is ideal. This will also cut your makeup routine time, you’ll wake up and already look glam thanks to your extensions.

Eyelash extensions are unique to each person: Do you want thick, long, glam lashes? Or would you prefer a more subtle, natural, flirty look? You have the right to choose between endless options when you get eyelash extensions. When getting your eyelashes, you get to decide how long you want your lashes to be, how thick, and how full. Your eyelash specialist will then customize your lashes to fit your needs.
NAY: I mean...nothing is perfect.
High maintenance: Eyelash extensions, like any beauty regimen, is high maintenance. You have to “fill” your extensions every few weeks and, if you don’t, your eyelashes begin to fall off, grow out, and look sparse which isn’t a cute look. Also, you can’t apply any lotions near your eye, or else the glue holding your extensions in place might come off.
Might do more harm than good: Let’s say you decide to remove your eyelash extensions on your own (you don’t want to pay to remove them, it’s costly) you might lose some of your natural eyelashes, leaving you with less than you had initially!
Expensive: To apply eyelash extensions cost anywhere between $100 to $300, and to fill them can cost around $45 to $85! If you want to get eyelash extensions, you must have the money to do so.

In the end, the choice is up to you….is it a yay or nay?
