A project devoted towards contextual design and local community settings on the perimeter of
Historic Cairo in Port-Saied St. with a compatible design that fits with its surroundings within the "postmodern" tradition of using some of the site features, cultural features of the community or other features of the local mythology.
It is basically a grade "A" office space of 3 main headquarters, 3 bank branches and 5 local ICT companies accompanied by outdoor spaces, gathering plazas and local bazar/food court for the community.
