Mt. Yangming attracts many tourists because of the different scenery in the 4 seasons. It leads to the parking problem, household waste, and water pollution. There is the conflict between local residents and tourists. How to give consideration to quality of life and sightseeing is the primary goal. We resolve the conflict among local residents, tourist, and business by making the students as the medium. To create the win-win situation, we plan 4 activities: co-cultivation, co-learning, tour guide services, and coordination.  
陽明山因地理位置的優勢,四季擁有不一樣的風景,各觀光景點都吸引許多人潮,遊客的停車問題隨之而來,在伴隨商家林立的同時造成垃圾、汙水等問題,居民與遊客之間產生了衝突與對立,如何兼具居住品質與觀光成為首要目標。以當地學生為媒介,緊扣當地居民、商家以及遊客,扮演平衡的角色,消除觀光地區中居民與商家對立的現象,以共耕、共學、 共遊、共食的方式創造雙贏的局面。

Both of the local residents and the students acquire the knowledge by co-cultivation and co-learning. During the activity, the students get the local humanities and cultures, private spots, and so on. Afterwards, the students provide the customized itinerary or tour guide services which are based on the information from the local residents. The students can understand the problems between the local residents and the tourists through the activities above and try to solve them. Furthermore, they can coordinate with the stores and give some feedback from the local residents and the tourists. With the cooperation among four parties, it'll create the better life experience for Mt. Yangming.
透過學生與居民的 共耕、共學 活動得到知識的傳遞在交流過程中,學生能獲得當地的歷史人文、私房景點等資訊。
並以 共遊 的形式為遊客提供客製化的行程,同時避開人潮,享受一趟舒適的旅行。學生在居民與遊客間扮演平衡的角色,了解其問題所在,並從中改善,同時也透過和商家 共食 的方式,提出相關建議,並為各店家提供人力推廣。在四方的合作之下,為陽明山創造更好的生活體驗。

Customer journey map 
CJM is completed by the local residents, the students, and the tourists. It starts aco-cultivation and co-learning between the local residents and the students. Then the latter deliver the information and provide customized itinerary or tour guide services to the tourists.
顧客旅程地圖從當地居民與學生的「共耕、共學」開始,接著學生將所獲得的經驗,以「共遊」的形式帶給遊客客製化的行程,完成由當地居民、學生、遊客 3 方共同參與的旅程。

Publicity video of GONG-WEI club
The video is based on the students and call for the action to join the GONG-WEI club in order to resolve the conflict among the local residents, the tourists, and the stores. For students, it not only raise their sense of local identity but also be the meaning of the second home instead of the place where they study for four years.
以「供喂社團」學生立場的角色製作影片,號召當地大學生加入,消除觀光地區中居民、遊客、商家對立的現象,為當地盡一份心力,並提高學生的在地認同感,讓陽明山不僅是大學四年求學的地方,更是心中的第二個家。
The origin of GONG-WEI
GONG-WEI is meaning “talking” in Taiwanese. We hope that it has better life experience in Mt. Yangming by communicating with the local residents, the student, the tourists and the stores. It’s also consistent with our concept, “share and say something.” That's the reason why we call the project "GONG-WEI."
GONG-WEI」是台語發音,「講話」的意思,我們希望透過四方的溝通、交流能夠為陽明山帶來更好的生活體驗,也呼應我們 ” share and say something ” 的理念─分享和說點什麼吧!
