Winning an open student competition where the design was to be unitised at the Newcastle Pecha Kucha 2014 event. The design was of a group effort, constructed and sold once the event was over. It was also used in press releases expressing the unique use and design of plywood from various origins including Brazil and Australia.

For this project I collaborated both in the conceptual and detailing during the design phase in a team. The design was then constructed in a time span of 4 days and 4 nights by 4 group members, assisted by the illustrious Stuart Pinkerton. It was deconstructed for delivery and reconstructed to be used as bar during the Newcastle Pecha Kucha event.

"A well resolved project that was clearly explained and answered the technical brief, whilst creating a visually intriguing form that considered the end user."
