HTML5 Wordpress-based site with fully custom theme building on the existing brand of Parker's Boatyard in Cataumet, MA. Makes use of CSS3 for graphic elements to reduce the impact on page download, and the jQuery library for simple animations, slideshows, and lightboxing. Gracefully degrades for older versions of Internet Explorer.

 

The logo was only available in a small, grainy 2-color bitmap, so part of the project was to upscale it to a vector format and color it for use on merchandise and promotional material.
