What does beauty mean to you?
It wouldn't be unusual if we immediately think of the more materialistic and physical meanings of beauty - appearance, attractiveness, the clothes we wear, the makeup we buy, the list goes on. For my Typography course, I challenged myself to think around the word beauty and create a typographic poster to represent what beauty means to me. From simply lending a hand to someone in need or spending time with our loved ones, this poster aims to remind us how the many moments in life we've become accustomed to are beautiful. Fun to look at from afar and up close, "It's a Beautiful Day Today" is built from illustrations of these everyday moments to form the first letter of the action being portrayed in order to create the entire phrase.
