Rent Advance is a rent factoring business that needed a fresh and updated logo. The concepts applied had to excel for its simplicity, confidence and security, while it had to express a quick, professional and integral service.
When it comes to a service mainly associated with housing and investment it is difficult to get away form houses, dollar signs or sky-rocketing graphs. So the mark was defined with these very simple and defined shapes, that can resemble both a house or a symbol related to numbers and advancement. Altogether with the typography this logo shows something well-established, strong and with direction.
