Qulliq Energy Corporation Plant. We would be using the CO2 to feed the Algae and create the tax credits for carbon capture, i.e., the algae is eating up the CO2. We then create a Crypto Currency that represents the carbon credits.  We sell the crypto currencies to companies in the tar sands in Canada and beyond to offset their carbon tax.
