Our original story line demanded the very best in cinematic cut scenes. Our writers, Mitch Dyer and Walt Williams, working with the Star Wars story teams built so many compelling moments - bringing amazing new and old characters into our timeline and giving the team an opportunity to explore the deepest secrets of the empire!
Our cast was entirely photogrammetry scanned and motion captured. We were supported by a Lucasfilm cinematic team and then worked tirelessly to dial in the lighting, vfx, animation audio and post at EA Motive.
My role in these cinematics ranged from conceptualizing scenes, scene composition, camera/lighting/vfx direction, approval loops with the Lucasfilm team and performance capture.
