How do we empower kids to level the playing field in a simple and easy way?

Detroit public schools are severely disadvantaged and do not have the resources needed to allow their students to succeed. Designer Samantha Sherman and I set out to kickstart a campaign allowing students to take matters into their own hands.

Takeaways: Learned how to conceptualize an idea fully and present it without it actually taking place. Extensively researched needs of people / feasibility of success of proposal. Focused on idea of raising awareness rather than designing a "thing."
