Motion Graphics Videos
With this project, the short video that I’m creating is a abstracted version of the song itself. The beat of the song doesn’t always match up with itself, but each part of the song has it’s own distinct moving parts.
The video starts out with the shapes opening up to reveal a beating circle in the middle that represents the main beat of the songs by pulsing. The outer shapes represent the more prominent part of the song, changing shape or position with every other beat. Four times in the song there is a double beat, which is shown with the two shapes coming in from the sides and hitting the center circle. These motions repeat with the beats until the end of the song, when the shapes close around the circle.
