The Nemo arm attaches a waste balloon that inflates through the hose and the compressor, bringing the waste to the surface. Remote controlled with a remote control.

Waste under water is not visible. Nobody solves it. And whoever tries, does not have the devices to it. That's why I created NEMO.
Hand made
The model for my concept was made by myself without the help of a machine or 3D printer. The model is made of classic styrodure, which is used to insolate houses. It was by grinding to the desired shape using only hands and emery. The material was then coated with epoxyd and mastic. This was followed by grinding, spraying 2 layers of paint and sticking labels. 1:2 scale model.
