Coética ecología - The original soundtrack

Music is a necessary tool in the world of video games not only to support the graphic image but for the ability to enhance emotions. This attribute is further enhanced if we talk about the educational context, in which knowledge is fixed even more effectively if we appeal to the emotional part and not only to the rational part. For this reason in this project we have not wanted to neglect this aspect.

In the App the number five is a constant (Five worlds with five themes in each) to compose all the songs we start with a single main motive, called inciso, composed of five ascending notes as an analogy of the progress of learning and the first steps.
These five notes are the first to be learned when starting to study music (C-D-E-F-G) and they are also the notes that place us in the key of C Major, which is the basic tone of Western music.
We learn all this information unconsciously in the first years of life with children's songs or in music lessons, and we collect that latent knowledge and use it to establish a basic and familiar harmonic structure so that all children can connect with the story quickly.

The main theme uses the diatonic scale of C major with an instrumentation rich in rhythms to give a sense of happiness and progress that describes the beginning of a new adventure.
The rest of the themes play with the idea of the main part, but with some variations in the harmonic and rhythmic patterns to enhance the storytelling that we want to transmit on each screen.

The final result may go unnoticed for most players, however, without realizing we are providing an emotional reward that favors the learning of all content.
