In this project, we are tasked with designing a restaurant for Alex Atala based on his preoccupations and cooking philosophy. He believes it is the chef's responsibility to create a more sustainable food chain between nature, food producers, and consumers. In order to express this, a helix like circular form is used to bind each of the different spaces together as well as separating and denoting each spaces concurrently.
