This could be dually interpreted as an architectural screen with a smooth screed floor below,
or wooden floorboards and their alternative - a poured, polished slab.

The colour palette draws inspiration from the larger construction industry, where yellow is commonly found as a high visibility identifier of brand.
The design choices become clear. In this industry, branding needs to be bold to stand up to abuse; call in the screen pullers, embroiderers, debossers and laser cutters.
