›The museum as a part of it's political setting‹

Illustrations for the topic of the current issue of ›neues museum‹ interpret the title in a critical way and address the complicated and somewhat destructive situation under a right wing administration in Austria. 

On the cover, political colors are represented by flags, each representing a party. Ropes symbolize the complicated political interdependencies that result in holding the museum down and prevent it from floating freely and independently. 

For the illustrations within the issue, the established theme of balloons, ropes and flags was refined and varied.
