Working on apartments for rent, many are repelled by the drawing up of a portrait of the future tenant, in Fateeva Design, rely on functionality and convenience of life. So it happened with this Kiev project, the total area of which is 52 square meters. The owner of the residential space in the new complex planned to rent it to a bachelor or a young couple.
After dismantling the standard quartet of all excess partitions and joining the balcony (today it is part of the bedroom) has become more spacious and more convenient. The number of construction works was reduced to a minimum, which significantly saved the budget. To build anew had only the walls of the bathroom, and in the case of the other partitions, they were built with the help of furniture designs. Thus, the interior walls in the interior are not practical. On one side, the space is open, and on the other hand it has closed functional areas: a wardrobe in the hallway, a bathroom, a bedroom. The upper transoms of the interior doors are windows for more light.
Through them you can see the life of a big city, which brings a little fuss into the space. It is the atmosphere of the old Kiev that influenced the choice of colors and finishes. The author of the project has set itself the task of emphasizing the thoughtfulness of the urban environment, its luxurious, saturated and densely packed atmosphere of expressive colors.
