Salabka is the oldest wine producing vineyard in Czech Republic and is quite a rare sight in the country due to being a beer brewing nation. With the huge demand in wine in Europe the small vineyard Salabka needs a voice and an identity in the industry of larger and more known brands.

With 13 different types of wine collected and cultivated on the location, Salabka needs a system to identify the wine, year, type (white/red/dessert/brut), and makes it diverse, but recognisable.
By taking the data of the type of grape used, location and altitude of it’s origin, we created a design tool for Sablaka to make their design visible in the sea of wine lables and packaging. With the input of the keyboard, the personel of the vineyard is able to quickly generate a unique label for their wines and send it to the printshop.
Above: Quick drafts of the keyboard guide for the input to the wine label application.
Above: Six examples of the variaties of designs and data.
Above: Real world application of the design in use.
