The Symbol
The focus for the CHS symbol is it’s location and surrounding elements.
The iconography is simple, easily identifiable and holds three main layers which
are still open for interpretation.

1. Triangle
To avoid any negative connotations, the triangle has been adjusted to look more
like a directional arrow. It still however lends reference to the greatest mystery in
    Bermuda; the Bermuda Triangle.

2. Ring
CHS is based in Pembroke, which is centrally located. The ring, representative of
the location, sits within the outer structure of the symbol.

3. Points
The outer body of the symbol embodies the cardinal points of a compass.
It invites you to choose your heading and explore the surrounding while
    staying at CHS.
The Wordmark
The wordmark is clean, legible and has a mordern aesthetic, which is easy on the eye.
It is not too fancy but can appeal to both business and leisure travellers alike.

The spacing between the lines are half the height of ‘Cavendish Heights’ and allows
the expression of space and comfort.
The Logo
The Colour
In the visual research conducted, majority of the images of Bermuda showed off the beauty of surrounding waters
and the blue skies. Some of the images below will give an idea of how the colours came to fruition. The selected will also compliment the greige colour that already exists on the physical structure.

• The blue symbolizes trust, confidence, loyalty,  and stability.
• The turquoise/aqua is often associated with tranquility, wisdom, sophisticated and energy.
