The Etching: Just Gum Arabic Vs Acid

This particular stone is purely etched in just Gum Arabic and no acid has been used for darks or lights. The result being, the Xerox lines and Crayons showed up beautifully, the tusche; however, did not make the much anticipated appearance.
The Difference: An Etched Plate vs an Inked Plate
This tribute stone is made in the memory of Saira Sheikh
From the forest she rose, to the forest she returns.
This is not the end.
To new beginnings.

Rest in Peace Saira Sheikh (1975-2017)
You left too soon, the moon and the stars mourn you.
