Kaveh Kanes 

Is a project initially made for Moser Cafe Kultur, which is a coffee place located in Queretaro, Mexico. 

Focusing on what Moser had to offer, we developed this coffee maker and tumbler specially thought for the customers that are curious and enjoy trying new things.

We are proud to mention that we avoid the use of plastic as much as we could in the manufacture of this project.  

Starting with the tumbler. 

Totally made of ceramic, stoneware, we developed a shape that is specially thought for people to hold onto it. 

Because a cup of coffee needs to be enjoyable even if you're not home. This shape invites user to hold the tumbler in a huggable way, to create a different connexion with a coffee. 

It counts with a double wall, that keeps the heat inside allowing the user to hold it with their hands without burning, and keeping the drink hot. 

The coffee maker is made  out of wood, glass, copper and stainless steel. The shape invites people to create a different relationship with their coffee. As a user, you'll be able to see the whole process of making a coffee. From the water filling, to the very last drop of coffee. 

It allows you to detach the water tank in order for you to fill it easier. 

The top part is made specially for the user to see the water drop to the coffee. This "window" will provide the security needed for you to know that everything is going right. 

is counts with a permanent filter made out of stainless steel, which is detachable for easy cleaning. 

In the back part, it's visible a tube, that allows the water flow to flow up to the coffee. 

And in the lower part, you'll be able to open the coffee maker for easy piece replacement if needed. 

As an extra, we included flavor jars. Moser is a multicultural place, so we wanted to generate an even bigger experience by providing the user with flavor jars, with ingredients used to make coffee around the world, for explorers to be able to try new types of coffee, as people do around the world. 

Everything, contained in a cardboard made package. That allows the easy pop out of every piece.  

Kaveh Kanes, is not just another coffee maker. It takes it's name from the first coffee place that ever existed. Which will translate into your home as, knowing exactly, what's going on with your coffee.
