I was invited to be a part of Art in Odd Places, a performance art festival that takes place along 14th St. in Manhattan, NY. The theme was 'model' and so I created a photo booth with costumes, where anyone could come, dress up, and be photographed. The patterns on the clothes were made using an appliqué technique, based on my own patterns and found prints. At first I felt shy asking strangers to participate, but the more they did, the more adventurous I could be with their transformation.
