Carrefour, the leading retail brand, wanted to enhance its loyalty programs and run digital catalogue campaigns with shopping list function to attract customers’ attention and measure recipient's readability and reaction, via an innovative communication method that engages its offer catalog customers.
The scope of the project was to implement a modern communication solution that would differentiate Carrefour from competition and would offer end-customers digital interaction via multiple devices and touch-points.
