This project led us through specific steps in the design process to create engaging and relevant solutions. People are often sedentary when they get to their office and start working. The purpose of this project is to help provide busy workers with a system of time management, and to encourage and educate them to have a healthy lifestyle even while working in the office. Motivate is an organization that provide educational material, a productivity app and motivational events.
