Located in the Industrial Zone of Ciudad Ojeda, in the Zulia State, the metallurgy company GERBAU SIZUKA, Siderurgica del Zulia, owned by a Private Brazilian and Venezuelan companies, have their main plant and offices, about 1 hour from Maracaibo City.
This plant produces metal sheets, iron bars for construction, metal grates, etc. In this work, projected the new office building of the plant, which where in the same space where the old ones are in the existing buildings.
The offices spaces are distributed in two buildings in a L form, one is a industrial building, about 7 meters high, and the other one is a house adapted to work as offices. The offices are organized very improvised way. We reorganized the existing spaces of every activity of administrative program, depending on the relation between each activity, in a better way, and designed an industrial facades to the exterior of the building, creating a industrial and actual look of the building. The facade was constructed with the metal and iron materials this company produces and it was put with new metal structure alongside all the facades of the old buildings, covering them.
