The History of Comic Book
Publishing exhibit in Las Vegas walks guests through a 1930’s version of the modern day Marvel and DC legends. Ultimately, the design is meant to bring a feeling of nostalgia and give a history of early published comic art. The museum targets guests of are comic fans, 35- 45, and their children.


Solution
The museum uses half-tone patterns and bright primary colors to bring the fun and whimsy of comics. This system is used throughout the museum in signage,brochures, banners and way finding.  The exhibits are set in a sans serif, Ebrima, to offset the bright colorfulness of the art. The logo is set within a starburst to give it that vintage comic feel.
