Ideating on an Influencer Marketing Platform

Ideating around an Influencer Marketing Platform

As for one our team projects, we did research in the digital marketing space and discovered that as expected 74% of consumer's purchasing decisions are influenced by social networks. This includes direct social media interactions and reviews on e-commerce sites.  And with influencer marketing growing faster than digital ads, we explored further. Below is our ideation process around it...
1) Below is the banner for the landing page. The copy is clear and straightforward with the message passed in 5 seconds. 'Start a campaign' represents a call to action for the target person.

2) On the first interaction, there's a summary of campaigns ran/running, from the most recent, influencers that participated and how the campaign faired.

3) Here, marketers would add  campaign details and this seems trivial but the campaign objective bit informed how influencer recommendations would be done. This included awareness, traffic or engagement. This was intentionally designed to give the feel of Facebook business ads, as marketers were already familiar with these.

4) On this page there'd be a list of influencers to choose from, and what their potential reach, engagement and targeting would be.  This guides markerters to select influencers with the kind of impact they prefer for the brand.

5) Here we have a review impact tab, a marketer could see the impact the influencers they chose could mean to their brand campaign. From the reach, to the kind of people they'd be reaching.. their interests and summarized bio.
6) Here there'd be a summary of the performance of all influencers involved in a marketing campaign from automated monitoring. The number of posts, views of their posts, engagement and duration of the campaign.

Being the product lead I took charge of the UX and designed the UI. The project was of intermediate challenge since social media is something we interact with daily. Translating it to brand expectations was more challenging to implement than design. All in all, I really enjoyed this one.. and the colors was a major factor :).
