The Situation

Stroud Pence, a Raleigh, NC-based structural engineering firm, found itself operating under a new name and leadership as the original founders transitioned into retirement. Two of the company’s top executives — Anna Lynch and David Mykins — took ownership and were ready to break the mold of a traditional structural engineering firm. 

The Solution

The new name, Lynch Mykins, needed a whole new brand and identity. Targeted at recruiting clients and talent that thinks just as creatively as the CEO, the brand had to stand out. We started with a bold fresh color palette that is very distinctive in the market and paired it with a logo, pattern, and website that captured the company’s energy and desire to be creative and unique.
