Creative Technologies Campaign

Bow Valley College in Calgary, Alberta recently launched the new School of Creative Technologies. This campaign was created to bring awareness to the new school and program offerings. The school offers programs such as Digital Design, Interior Decorating, Software Development, Digital Marketing, Data Management and more.

In order to produce something unique, Alfred the robot was created as a mascot for the school.
This series of illustrations showcases Alfred on adventures in the “Lands of Creative Technologies”. The land itself incorporates elements of all the programs offered, such as the faucet waterfall for interior design, and Data River for software development.

With comic expo coming to Calgary we jumped on the opportunity to reach our target audience and get as much exposure as possible. Therefore a train station take-over was constructed. Graphics were placed everywhere from doors, to walls, and even the floors for three weeks around the time that the comic expo was happening.
Portal decals were created to play off the perspective of the ground as well as speak the audience visiting the train station on their way to Comic Expo.
