THE PROBLEM
Learning a new skill or acquiring new knowledge involves dedication and commitment however daily schedules makes it challenging to sign-up for in-person classes which is the preferred learning style because of the real-time feedback and interaction. In spite of this, people seek an effective yet convenient method of attain their learning objective that is adaptable to their daily schedule.

THE SOLUTION
To design a mobile app that will empower learners to achieve their professional and personal learning goals. The app will offer:
- Focused learning (interests, materials)
- Flexible learning period 
- Real-Time Interactivity

THE HYPOTHESIS
We believe that by offering an integrated system of learning with concise (credible) materials for our users, we will achieve a continuous stress-free and valuable learning experience as they achieve their set objectives.

THE PROCESS 
I applied the Design Thinking process to the project working solo under the supervision of two (2) experienced UX professionals - one a Mentor, the other a Tutor.

USABILITY TESTING

Goal: To test if the usability and relevance of the app meets the needs of the users

Research Objectives:
•To test the navigation and basic functionalities of the app
•Determine if participants understand the app’s structure
•Identify frictions/pain points while completing the tasks
•Observe and take note of non-verbal cues during participant’s interaction with the app
IMPLEMENTATION

1. Design audiovisuals of library content
2. Add virtual classes with real-time experiences 
3. Develop experience & flow  for Achievements – Tasks, Certificates, Progress Bar etc.
4. Expand Blog feature for industry-related articles based on learning profiles and interests
