These are pieces I've written for Kroll's Diner. Kroll's is a retro diner chain with locations throughout North Dakota. They serve good ol' fashioned German food and are known for their knoephla soup. Two hilarious German ladies, Pat and Clara, are the face of Kroll's and are tons of fun to write for. Kroll's likes their copy to be funny and borderline ridiculous. Each month they send out VIP emails to members of the mailing list. The emails consist of the actual email, landing page and exit screen. The landing page includes a poll, fun fact and recent news, all of which are made up. The email is copy describing the latest coupon and any event they have coming up. The exit screen includes the coupon for the recipient to print off and one of the girls says something funny to end on a good note.
