I manipulated and meshed images to create a surreal scene that portrays an interesting storyline. The idea was to portray a vertical separation of class. The high society had the tech to move life into the clouds and away from blue collar working class. An individual has to find a way to soften the divide between class now that high society has gone vertical. The clouds and the city are bright and hopeful, underneath it gets dark and you can tell conflict is brewing. I hoped to convey the struggle in the story line through the manipulation of images.
