Hall Council Logo
Hall Council is a student run organization at the University of Central Arkansas, hosted by the STARS Residential College. Hall Council was enacted by the residence hall in order to allow residents to gain a voice on decisions being created throughout the hall.
This logo was created during a launch campaign conducted by the residential college in order to facilitate the introduction of the program.
