Chaco will always hold a special place in my heart. I started my career in the outdoor industry there, back when it was a small company literally making sandals in lovely Paonia, CO. Once I started my own business, I consulted with them, providing the full scope of services - trend/color/merchandising/webbing design. When Wolverine purchased Chaco, I continued working with them; this time leading a creative team. I set the trend direction seasonally, created the merchandising plan, and designed the color palette. Working as a team, I guided the creative process through color application, webbing design, and design reviews.
